The food was absolutely amazing—everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. But what truly made the experience special was Mei. She provided some of the best service we’ve ever received. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and attentive throughout the entire meal. Whenever we had questions, Mei took the time to explain the menu and gave us excellent recommendations based on what we were looking for. She checked on us frequently without ever making us feel rushed and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving her guests a great experience. Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding service. Mei definitely made our visit memorable, and she is a huge reason we will be coming back. Highly recommended!

The spicy cheesy noodles were beyond delicious! So savory and loved that they had a tofu option. (Not pictured—chicken gyoza and Thai donuts very yummy). Also, Anet provided wonderful customer service. The restaurant itself is a little hidden gem—really cute environment! A great addition to the Miami Lakes restaurant scene 💜😋🌸

I had a surprisingly wonderful experience at 107 Taste Miami Lakes. When I first arrived at lunchtime, I was the first customer in the restaurant. The server wasn’t rude at all—just a bit shy—and for a moment I honestly wondered if the place was even open. His service was good, but that first impression almost made me turn around and leave. I’m very glad I didn’t. This restaurant is a perfect example of how something that looks simple can turn out to be extraordinary. I ordered what seemed like a very basic meal: white rice, beef, an egg, and some scallions. That’s it. What I wasn’t prepared for was the incredible flavor of that beef. Absolutely unbelievable. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of those dishes that makes you stop for a second and appreciate every bite. A relatively simple plate turned into a true culinary experience. Before leaving, Mei, the cashier, was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Sometimes luxury isn’t found in complicated dishes or fancy presentations. Sometimes it’s found in a simple plate prepared with exceptional care and flavor. 107 Taste Miami Lakes definitely delivered that experience. I’ll be back

Came with my friend group for the first time and everything was beyond our expectations. May and Lin provided outstanding service. Definitely recommend trying the Dan Dan Udon if you like spicy, and the Takoyaki as an appetizer. Will definitely be back again.

I didn’t want to be too harsh, but unfortunately the food was not my favorite. The rice was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the ramen lacked flavor and depth. The best dishes we tried were the avocado kani salad and the Nutella cake, which were both very good. Overall, the experience was okay, but I was expecting more in terms of flavor.
